 Robin Hills Bsc (Hons), DipM

Robin is based in the UK in the Greater Manchester area running his own successful consultancy specialising in people development.  With over 25 years’ successful commercial and leadership experience, he has worked in a variety of sales and marketing roles that  have  included management positions, working with a wide variety of companies from small start-ups to large multinationals.  These include the NHS, major pharmaceutical companies,  biotechnology companies, universities, charities, finance and recruitment organisations. 

A qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner (Step I and II), an advanced DISC practitioner, and qualified to use a range of other personality and behavioural assessments, Robin applies personality assessment with pragmatic business application.   His special interest lies in emotional intelligence and, in particular, linking together the outputs from assessments to give real practical application to improve effectiveness and productivity.

 Alison Hawdale BSc, MSc

With 20 years' successful experience in research, management, mediation and one-to-one development, Alison runs her own consultancy business in the North West.  She has experience of working in the NHS and higher education, and has worked with Government departments, small and medium sized businesses, and large multinational corporations

A qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner (Step I and II), Alison is committed to promoting self-awareness, understanding and acceptance; and extending this emotional intelligence to interactions between individuals, groups and teams within and between organisations.

 

 Doug Haynes BSc, MA, FCybS, PGCert Bus. & Exec. Coaching

Doug is based in Merseyside and brings broad experience of organisational effectiveness and change.  Passionate about teams and improvement agendas, Doug is an accredited Executive Coach and Myers-Briggs Practitioner (Step I and II) and has experience of working at all management levels of public, private and charity sectors.  In the last 20 years, Doug has held several senior roles at Liverpool Business School (JMU), including Director of the School of Business Information and Chair of Faculty Quality.

 
Doug’s primary focus is ‘human activity systems’ and how organisational structures, processes, and people combine in an holistic way to produce viable products and services. Critically, this involves a professional understanding of how people are effectively organised, motivated, and utilise information. He is a member of several ‘Communities of Practice’ and his Pro Bono work includes being a Trustee for the Alternative Futures Group (a large social care charity) and for Hospice Africa.

 Kate Jenkinson  PhD FCIPD

Kate is based in Cheshire.  Her career spans higher education, scientific research, manufacturing, engineering, sales and service environments and public sector business support.  She brings a broad experience of transformational change and growth strategies within organisations having worked at HR Director level in the public and private sectors for a number of years.  She is experienced in the development of HR and business strategies for companies at any stage of their life cycle; particularly growth transformational change and start ups.  Within multinational organisations, she has developed international communication strategies, employee engagement programmes and leadership programmes focussed on the application of core values.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, Kate is a qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator and TetraMap practitioner.  She uses these tools, combined with her inspirational and visionary leadership style, to facilitate success in the promotion and development of leaders to achieve higher organisational performance.
