Working with Emotional Intelligence

This exclusive developmental programme is made up of a series of six half- day workshops incorporating the latest emotional intelligence theory & thinking, personality profiling with feedback, action learning, personal goal planning, mentoring and coaching.

The programme will assist delegates to understand themselves and how to use emotions to provide information and make decisions.  Through an increased awareness of self, as well as the perceptions and views of other people, delegates will explore how to develop relationships to enhance performance inside and outside of work. 

The highly participative programme helps identify how to encourage and work with others through teamwork to raise performance levels and achieve long term career success and satisfaction.

Delegates will complete a psychometric instrument and personal action plans to help transfer learning to their workplace situations.  These form a fundamental part of emotional intelligence development within the programme.

Total cost of the programme is £600 (+VAT), which includes the personality assessment, all materials covering the programme content and refreshments (including lunch).

 
Bespoke workshops

EI4Change workshops are participative and interactive delivered through expert and skilled facilitation.  They can be one of  our standard programmes or designed in collaboration with HR or Training departments as part of a blended series linked to business objectives.  Personal action plans are produced on each EI4Change workshop as these form a fundamental part of emotional intelligence development.

Personality / behavioural assessments can be linked into those already in use within an organisation.

Outputs are integrated into nationally recognised leadership competency frameworks.

Action learning sets can be developed to continue further development through emotional intelligence.

A tailored coaching service is available to embed learning.
